Reservation Policy

Your reservation is guaranteed until the day of arrival. After that time, it will no longer be guaranteed and the room may be reassigned.

  • We believe the children are our future, but you still have to be 18 years old to make a booking with us yourself.
  • Is it really you? A valid photo ID/passport is required upon check-in
  • All requests to reserve a room must include the first and last name of all adults occupying the room and a valid credit card for a guarantee of arrival
  • Our room rates are always awesome, and they are subject to change
  • All rooms are subject to a Environmental Contribution tax collected by the Local Government. The amount is not included in your room rate and is to be paid on arrival. It is charged at Euro 0,50/day/person - max up to Euro 5,00 for the total stay.

Check-in / Check-out / Business Hours

  • We are always here! Open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
  • Check-in time: 14:00 - We'll be ready for you.
  • Check-out time: 11:00 - Seize the day.

Any balance of the full apartment rental amount is payable on arrival at check-in time. Please note that check-in cannot be completed until full payment and deposit (Euro 50,- in cash) for the key has been received. An apartment key is provided at check-in time after the full rental amount has been settled. The cost of any keys needing replacement will be taken from the deposit. During the check-in process, our receptionist will provide you with any information which may be required during your stay such as the location of near-by shops, good places where you can eat, sights you may like to see, places to go at night, etc. Always ask our receptionist for anything that would make your stay more enjoyable and convenient. Later check-out times may be requested although we may not always be able to accommodate late changes and will depend on availability and on how busy we are. At check-out time please return your keys to our reception. Please note that a more detailed inspection of the room/apartment is usually made after the check-out time and we reserve the right to make charges for any damages or breakages found before the room/apartment is occupied again. Please note that bed linen and towels are NOT gifts and should remain in the apartment. So does everything else.

Cancellation Policies

Please carefully read our cancellation policy. Rarely can we make any exceptions to this. Our receptionists are instructed to follow this policy and rules. So to save any misunderstanding we would be grateful if you can observe our general policies:

  • If the guest cancels more than 60 days in advance, the total amount of the reservation will be refunded.
  • If the guest cancels less than 60 days in advance, the 30% prepayment is nonrefundable.
  • If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are 50% refunded.
  • In case of a no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged and is nonrefundable.
  • There is only one way in which we can acknowledge cancellation of the guest's reservation; the guest must send a cancellation request stating the reservation number via email to the following address:
  • Cancellations received after 14:00hrs of the arrival day will not be refunded or credited, and will be charged in full
  • All cancellations are confirmed via email immediately after the reservation has been canceled

Other policies that we have in place depending on what you decide and opt for:

Flexible 2 days

  • The guest can cancel free of charge until 2 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the cost of the first night if they cancel in the 2 days before arrival
  • No prepayment is needed

Flexible 1 day

  • The guest can cancel free of charge until 1 day before arrival. The guest will be charged the cost of the first night if they cancel within 1 day before arrival
  • No prepayment is neede

Non-Refundable Rate

  • The total price of the reservation will be charged right away after booking and is nonrefundable.

No Smoking in the Apartments

SC Club Village is a non-smoking property. This applies to both traditional smoking methods and all electronic delivery systems, including vapes, vaporisers, vape pens, hookah pens, electronic cigarettes (e-cigarettes or e-cigs), e-pipes, and any variations of the foregoing regardless of the product's name. Any smoking in the rooms or strong lingering smoking scents in rooms will result in a disappointed look and a Euro 250,- room cleaning fee.

Standard Booking Price

The Standard Booking price includes the following:

  • All taxes
  • Utilities (water, gas and electricity)
  • Internet usage
  • Towels, bed linen
  • Cleaning before and after your stay. Depending on your Room type the following cleaning schedule applies:
    • Studio Apartment: daily cleaning, change of bedlinen and towels
    • Comfort Apartment - a full clean and change every third day -
    • Standard Apartment - a full clean twice a week
  • All apartment amenities and facilities as mentioned on our website pages and in our correspondence


When you make a reservation, you are booking an apartment type (not a specific apartment). Each apartment type includes similar apartments of similar size and equipment, however, interior design can be different. Extending Your Stay After you have booked your stay with us, you can extend your stay (depending on availability) by simply letting us know before you arrive. If you are already staying with us and you would like to stay longer, please let us know at least 24 hours before your check-out date. We will do our best to accommodate your new plans and this can include relocating you to a similar apartment should this be necessary.

Children Policy

Please send us an email if your travel includes your kids. We have children's cots/cribs available on request.

Pet Policy

We generally love pets. Should your stay include your beloved pet kindly speak to us before. No cats or venomous creatures are permitted.

Room Policy

We want you to have a great time when you are here. But if things get too crazy, we go by the old-school rule of 'you break it, you buy it' and property damages or missing items will be charged to you at todays market value. Pre-existing damages or room issues must be reported to the front desk immediately after registration to avoid responsibility and potential charges. We allow guests, with permission, to receive occasional packages and special deliveries at the property.We are not responsible for the packages or their contents or the storage of them.

Quiet Time

Sing your heart out and have passionate conversation all day long, but from 22:30 to 7:30 in the morning the whole property goes into hush mode for what we like to call 'quiet time'.

Kitchen Policy

Please practice safe cooking habits do not leave burners on unattended. Please do not cook with strong smelling ingredients. Lingering smells that require room closure and deep cleans will be charged a cleaning fee of up to Euro 50,-. Clean up everything especially the dishes, the kitchen and the dining area.

Alcohol Policy

The good news? We have a bar! This means, please refrain to bring your own into the complex but especially into the pool and restaurant area with the exception of transparent, see-through water bottles. Guests must purchase beer and wine in the bar area - then, if you like, you can head back to your room (or the pool) to enjoy. Cheers!

Guest Safety Policy

As part of our commitment to guest safety, employees will not disclose the identity, room number or presence of a guest to anyone other than appropriate law enforcement. This includes the taking of or delivery of messages or indirect forwarding of phone calls. It is the responsibility of guests to communicate their presence and room number to any person they wish to receive calls or visits from. Safety cameras are used throughout the premises, and anyone on our property may be recorded. We assume no responsibility for any personal bodily injury incurred while using our facilities, where available. If you use any of our facilities, you do so at your own risk.
